This review is long overdue.I bought my vehicle here last year. (9/2013) I live in Los Angeles, Ca and dealt with them over the phone and via email. I was looking for a specific vehicle and package (only a handful of them in the country).Other dealers a little closer to me didn't want to settle on a price until I arrived there... Or wouldn't come to a reasonable price for the vehicle.Not only did they come to a number we could both agree on... But they bought my current vehicle! I ended up driving up there over the weekend from Los Angeles and driving home in my brand new car! They even helped me out as much as they could with everything I needed for registering my vehicle in California.I showed up, the vehicle was washed and waxed... Sitting there glistening in the sun. (Important so you can see any imperfections in paint) I was walked through all the basic features of my Ford Sync system... A test drive, a full tank of gas and we were headed back south.There wasn't any bait and switch tactics.... Just the usual dealer 'add on' items that are pitched at closing. No hard selling on any of them.All in all the experience at Butler was positive and my drive past Mt. Shasta was beautiful. Definitely worth the drive from Los Angeles to get the vehicle I wanted without any compromises.Thanks Butler Ford!

My Dad was a serious car guy: Racer, Mechanic, and even a salesman for a Chevrolet Dealership.He always warned me "Never trust a car salesman"...but he never met Rex Cunningham.  Rex too is a serious car guy and as a result has a much much deeper product knowledge than someone who is just selling cars to make a living. My previous experiences when purchasing a car could best be described as adversarial but not so with Rex. He has an ability to ask the right questions then listen and actually HEAR what his customers want. As a result of his impressive knowledge about the car I was considering and his customer relations skills He quickly became not an ally but a trusted guide. If my Dad were alive today I'm sure he would still say " Watch out for car salesmen"...EXCEPT for REX.

My wife and I were spending the weekend in Ashland, OR and happened to see the dealership on the way into town. We had been looking for a small car casually over the previous weeks, mostly just seeing what we liked. An orange fiesta caught our eye and we decided to check it out on our way out of town. When we stopped by we were greeted by a young man named Drew Bechard. He showed us the orange Fiesta and answered our questions. Without being prompted, he asked us if we would like a test drive. Obviously, my wife and I took the car for a spin. After the drive, we went back to Drew's office to talk about options. We were really just looking and weren't planning on buying for a few months, but Drew said we could run some numbers and see what kind of deal could be had. It turned out to be a great deal. We decided this was the car for us. It was only a 2012 model but had a mere 7k miles and was marked down to a reasonable price. The paperwork took a while, mostly because we weren't the only buyers there that day. However, while we were waiting Drew had the car washed and made read. Once the car was back he walked us through all the cool features like Sync and Bluetooth. For the paperwork, we had to talk to Rikki Fraughton. He is the finance guy for the whole company. He walked us through all the paperwork and made sure we knew what the interest and everything was and all the add-ons we could get such as a bumper to bumper warranty. The warranty was too good to pass up and only added a few dollars more to our payment. From start to finish the whole experience was very relaxed and there was never any pressure from the sales guys or anyone else. They were straightforward and honest about everything. Best of all, they didn't act better than us or treat us poorly or talk down to us. Previous salesmen at other dealers were not so kind. They earned the sale and i will definitely go there first next time I am looking for a car.

I was in search of a used car with hopefully low milage and, if God wanted, a heater would be nice but I was not going to be picky. What I got instead was a brand new car of my dreams that I didn't even dare dreaming of. Rocky was such a blessing to me in my time of need and really made magic happen. Him and Joel were so nice to my mother and I and explained everything so clearly, I was surprised how welcomed I felt at a car dealership. I cannot say enough about how much they helped me out. Rocky stayed late, took the time to not only help me finance my brand new car but also stayed EVEN LATER to show me all the little features it had to offer. I am so appreciative of Rocky he really went above and beyond. A few days later he even contacted me to ask how I was enjoying my new car AND on Christmas Eve I got a lovely little plant delivered to my doorstep wishing me the best from him. My only regret is that I have not been able to write this review sooner because I want everyone to know how outstanding Rocky (and Joel too!) were at helping me out in a desperate situation. I recommend Rocky and the team at Butler Ford to anyone who mentions that they are looking for a new car. I can't say it enough, Rocky was such a blessing to me and not only did he help me with a car I feel like I made a new friend. He made it very clear that I am able to come to him with any questions, day or night, that I may have. This is a very unique car dealership. I am only interested, first of all, in cars built in America and car companies that refused to take bail-out money. That brings me to FORD. Next, I look for an environmentally responsible automobile. I enjoyed my 2007 Ford Escape Hybrid for eight years, and now I'm truly happy with my 2015 Ford C-Max Hybrid. It's a joy to drive, and I just passed 40 mpg in town. While I could shop anywhere for a Ford, I have chosen to return several times to buy at BUTLER FORD. The atmosphere is without pressure, respectful of me and my time and friendly. Butler Service Department is especially polite, not only toward customers, but the employees are respectful toward each other. In fact, in both service and showroom departments, I could tell that the people work well together and are happy being there. The salesperson we always ask for is Rocky Moore. His experience, knowledge, respect, no-pressure tact and his polished, professional ability to listen to what customers need and enjoy in a car make the entire thought process of making this important decision go smoothly. BUTLER FORD employees have an intuition about what works in the car business. There is a confidence and ease in the atmosphere there that makes me know that they want to get it right, and they do. I understand from listening to Butler employees that the owners have a social conscience, contribute to the community and are a friendly and consistent presence in the store. While their products sell themselves, the Butlers surely know how to hire people who understand that automobiles are a huge investment, and that their customers deserve a comfortable, respectful experience. An attitude like that starts at the top. After many years of buying and driving cars, this is the place that I will happily return to again for sales and service.

We chose Butler Ford for our purchase because Chuck Butler and the crew give so much community support to local schools and organizations. For that reason, we wanted to show our appreciation and give back. Our initial contact at the dealership was Jim Norris. He was very kind and showed patience answering questions about the cars we were interested in. Mike Cocchiara went above and beyond to help us close the deal. Our timeframe to find her a car was short and he came in both Saturday and Sunday (his days off) so that we could test drive multiple cars and finalize the paperwork.
