The 2016 Ford Fusion is an evolution of what was already a very good midsize sedan. Take a test drive in the latest from Ford at Butler Ford in Ashland, OR, serving the entire Medford Metro Area including Klamath Falls and Grants Pass, OR.
Yes the 2016 Honda Accord is good, but it does lack some features you can get at Ford, and it doesn’t look as good.
If you live in the Pacific North West you need to be able to drive no matter rain, or sleet or snow, and the Fusion has you covered. You can order the all-wheel drive option in all but the base model Fusion, but no AWD option is available for the Honda Accord. Even with the turbo 2.0 liter motor and the AWD option, Ford Fusion still gets an EPA-rated 22 city/31 highway mpg.
The Accord and the Fusion are very similar in size on the outside, but Ford wins with more cargo space and more interior room where it counts. Fusion has nearly 2” more front legroom, and more headroom in both rows. Besides the slightly larger trunk, Fusions come with a standard 60/40 folding rear seat, but the Honda Accord back seat is all or nothing; it doesn’t split.
Ford had voice active infotainment systems with iPod/phone integration before almost anyone, and the bug are all worked out. The Accord does offer a voice command system, but only in the upper trim cars, and bundled with the navigation system. Sync comes standard on every Ford Fusion.
Choose the 2016 Ford Fusion and not only can you get features not available at Honda, but you’ll get a premium look and style all your own. See for yourself how great looking this car is at Butler Ford in Ashland, OR, serving the Medford Metro Area.View Inventory
