I was a committed customer of a neighboring dealer until I returned to purchase a second and third vehicle. I was accosted at my truck before I got out, and was treated like a fish in a net. I was lied to. In early 2000 I was treated that way in a California Lithia dealership. I won't return to either dealer (Crater Lake Ford or any Lithia dealers).
